Join the Readers Roundtable book group at the San Leandro Main Library on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. for a discussion of the book 1906: A Novel by James Dalessandro. In the meantime, for further exploration of all things 1906 quake-related, here is a link to the Virtual Museum of San Francisco's page on the 1906 earthquake and also another link from the Virtual Museum with a timeline on the surrounding scandal that formed the basis for the novel. Remember to think of at least one question to raise to the group about the book.
